Will the games you win and lose while the LP gain is broken still count?

Hey reddit, quick question, as we all know the LP gain or loss is not working atm ( on EUW atleast). Will the games you win and lose still count? I just finished and won my promo's to plat 3 but the client still says I'm plat 4.

It would kindof suck if I had to play my promo's again.
