[Skin Concerns] Dennie-Morgan Lines

Hello, I am a 25 year old who has severe undereye lines. Everything I google is more for crow's feet or bags, which these aren't either. I have had severe eczema and allergies all my life. This caused me to rub my eyes constantly. I have gotten the allergies under control, but the lines still persist. Is my only hope surgery? I am worried about hollowed out eyes, which was warned by my plastic surgeon.
