A horribly fun way to punish the cheaters.

Cheaters who get caught should have all the characters they've created blocked from usage and a new character they must play will become available.

The cheaters will get a quest forced upon them.

They get a wearable quest item spawned in their inventory that weighs 1000 pounds, this is also the only thing they can equip and must be equipped during the entire duration of the quest. It should be instantly recognizable that it's the 'Cheaters Jumpsuit', a Vault Jumpsuit with 'I Cheated' on the back instead of a Vault number.

The quest should be named: 'The long path to redemption.' With the quest description of: "I will not cheat." written over and over again. (Bart Simpson style)

As long a this quest is active they can not fast travel, not even to friends.

They can not kill other players, including wanted players.

They can not gain experience, thus they can't level up.

They can not equip any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. cards.

They can not build a C.A.M.P. or claim Workshops.

They are not capable of picking up junk, ammo, weapons, misc items, holotapes, pretty much they can't pick up anything.

The quest itself should have to make them travel to every corner of the map, 10 times. And each time they reach a corner they have to go back to Vault 76 and back to a new corner, back to Vault 76, etc. etc.

After they have completed this quest they will regain full access to their old characters.

If they get caught cheating for a second time, they will have to do 20 'laps', and the Vault Jumpsuit changes to: 'I Cheated Again'

If caught cheating for a third time, all of their characters will get deleted and they are no longer able to play any online Bethesda game for a year. Cause if you can't play fair, you can't play at all. If they do decide to come back after that year, they will have to start over.

Aditionally if they try to circumvent this quest, by cheating, it will instantly count as a 3rd strike leading to a year ban with all characters deleted.

During this quest they are only allowed to die, 100 times for the first offense and 150 times for the second offense.

They have to complete this quest within 1 week of receiving it.

Failing this mission by either dying too often or unable to complete it within the timeframe = third strike.

If anybody thinks this is too harsh of a punishment. Rejoice in the fact that I'm not a developer for Bethesda. Cause I would implement this in a heartbeat.
