Need desperate help

Hey guys! My family and I are planning to go to Orlando this Saturday for a week (Dec 8-16). We are last minute planning and have the hotel, plane tickets (coming from Seattle), and rental car all set but now we're looking for the best place to buy tickets for the Disney parks and Universal Studio parks. Please let me know what the best places are to purchase tickets and any tips!
