In 2.2 What happens to when habitats are built on planetary bodies with resources?

Back in 2.1 and earlier any recourse that used to be mined by a station got absorbed into the habitat, they'd end up on a tile in there, which was incredibly convenient as you could then use buildings and skilled pops to amplify the output from it. I'm not expecting the same thing to happen again here of course, but it'd be a bummer if the recourse just disappears. Has anyone seen or heard anything about this at all yet?
