G6 just completely died, need help!

Dear Community,

I am looking for some advice. My 5 month old LG G6 just died out of nowhere. Basically I removed the phone from the charger in the morning about to head to work, I checked a few notification and then suddenly a message popped up saying the battery was completely empty and the phone will switch off in 10 seconds. After the 10 second countdown it doesn't want to turn on again. The phone was showing as 100% charged.

• Powering up doesn't work
• Hard reset doesn't work
• Charging with different chargers doesn't work
• Phone not recognised by any of my computers

I have all my holiday photos on the phone as my SD card was already full. Is there anyway to repair the phone or retrieve the photos from the phone storage. They are really important to me.
