Discounts or depreciation?

My family is in the market for a new Atlas SEL Premium. The dealers are offering $6,500 to clear out the 2018 inventory. Is it better to take advantage of this discount, but take a big depreciation hit in about 25 days when the new year comes in, or take advantage of the lesser discounts they are offering for the 2019, but not have the depreciation hit?
