[help] Huawei Matebook D 14" always fan noise

I just got the Huawei Matebook D 14" today and love the build quality, design, speed, and display all compared to my old laptop. But, I have one very noticeable issue. Whenever the laptop is on, the fans are very loud. There have only been a few instances when I am running a fair amount of things but not anything crazy. I'm really not sure how to fix the problem. It does seem to get a little hot around the back, but I don't know if that is super significant. Should I get a cooling pad or something? Or, should I undervolt/underclock the processor? I'm also not doing anything crazy graphically intensive except that I watched some YouTube videos that were also glitching a little. I'm just wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience and knows a solution. The fans are just so loud to me in my quiet room, and I know this could be a problem up the road if I am in an area around people at all.
