Would like to gain access to an amazon associates account

I hope this is the right place to post this. If not, please let me know where I should do this.

After spending a lot of time building up a website to apply for my amazon affiliate account, I was denied with no explanation whatsoever. I contacted Amazon and have had no further explanation.

I just need to use an affiliate account to access the Amazon API. If you have an inactive account or one you wouldn't mind sharing, I'd be willing to pay you to have access to it.
