Which is the best way to learn when watching videos (like interviews etc)? Spoken French with French subtitles or English subtitles?

Im trying to learn French mostly on my own so in order for me to at least hear French spoken regularly every day, I need to look up videos.

For example if I’m watching Caillou, is it better to watch with French subtitles or English? Which is more beneficial? Or should I do both?
