Debating Switching Jobs

I have a lot of PCE experience--more than 15k hours in a combination of outpatient and inpatient psych units as well as hospice--for the last 3.5 years have been working in the ED as a social worker. I am starting to be super duper over working night shift and am considering a job switch.

I was unsuccessful during this cycle so I'm looking towards next cycle. Do you think it would look bad if I switched from ED social work back to an outpatient clinic setting? Switching to day-shift within my current job isn't a possibility at this time and I just want to sleep at night again!
