Help! My game won't launch for two months now.

I have tried a few different things most things I have found people are having my similar issue with AMD cards but I am using a RTX 2070ti. My game says its launching from Steam them nothing happens. I have verified game files, cache, reinstalled game and checked drivers and contacted support on steam and everything to no avail. HELP PLS!
