Item Filter help. Scaling text size down

I'm realtively new, so sorry if this is a newbie question, but I'm using a pretty default item filter off of Filterblade. Just tweaked it for Semi-strict and I'm curious if there's an easy way to scale the size of the text down across all categories. I find that the item drops crowd the screen too much even after filtering and I can't see monsters.

Also, are there other item filters or customizations you'd recommend playing with, that'd be cool. I found a few posts of people doing Diablo 2 item sounds and thought that'd be cool, but I want to get ahead of this problem first before I start goofing off with sounds.
