Sizing on the essentials hoodies?

Im Looking to try and get one of the Essentials hoodies dropping this week. I was wondering how the sizing is? Since some FOG clothing fits rlly over sized. My body type is size small but for hoodies I like size medium. Should I stick with a size medium? Or size down for FOG Essentials?
