Buy team now or wait until after TOTGS?

I am planning on selling a bunch of items I've been sitting on like Sergio Ramos, IF Martial, and RTTF Renato Sanches to get Neymar Dybala and Alex Sandro. Should I wait until next week to sell them and see if Dybala and Neymar go down once their upgrades hit packs (if they get them)?
