Problems with my landlord, verbal agreements, fee waivers
So I had a couple late fees that my landlord brought up a year later along with letting me borrow a key after hours I was unaware of. I had 140 in fees he said if I gave him 70 right then and there he would talk to the accountant about waiving the other 70. Next month he says I owe 120 in fees and the other wasnt waived. I feel like legally I fant do anything but I'm pretty upset about being mislead.
Last year said padlocks would be changed, never was. Half my electrical outlets dont work or are loose.
Mainly though theres faulty plumbing. The excess drain in my bathtub floods my neighbor. Said he'd look at it/fix it a year ago. Shit still floods my neighbor and hes been notified twice. Can I use this as a lawsuit against him? If hes gonna lie to be about late fees I feel he should st least be held accountable for providing the same living standards and deadlines for his tenants.
