First Build- Assembly time help/order!

Hey all! I was wondering if someone could give me a rough idea of what parts to put together first for this build. I have watched several guides but: Most guides dont show extra case fans, should these go on before the MOBO? Also the bequiet! air cooler I got is huge and is known to cause space issues with the RAM but I am fairly sure if I install the RAM before the cooler, I can move the fan on the cooler to accommodate, but most people put the RAM in after the cpu/cooler, is putting the RAM on first ok?.
