Lobsters, and crabs feel pain.
Billions invertebrates are captured, and boiled alive, every single year. The belief that these creatures spent millions of years evolving, adapting, and learning to avoid danger, but don’t suffer is ridiculous. Why wouldn’t this living, sentient, intelligent creature feel pain? Furthermore lobsters don’t go into shock, like a human would, and so they feel all of it until they’re finally dead after about 3 minutes of boiling. The argument that because their nervous system is less advanced than ours, and therefore it doesn’t feel pain, is like saying that about any other less cognitively advanced species. Guys please don’t buy lobster or crab, it’s hideous what happens to them.
