Help please

So I reset my family’s old pc cause it had so much trash on it and wanted to upgrade to their HDD to SSD. So after I reset the pc I realized it was an old mobo and the drivers got deleted and now the keyboard and mouse don’t work. Is there a way to install the drivers? And how? Can I install them on a different computer and download them on this somehow? Like removing the HDD and installing it on another computer?
