First time writing a resume to a small pet store? Please help.

This is the first resume I've ever written and I want to know if it looks ok? I want to apply as a early morning stocker to a small petsmart nearby. I cannot work more than 20 hours a week though so it has to be part time. The crossed out words are my name / contact info crossed out here for safety. Also I wrote this on word pad.
