Is there a (non bannable) way to remove the black notch (meant to break open the barrel on a real single shot), or at least reduce it so it doesn't get int he way of the sight?

Pretty much just either shorten it in height or outright remove it as it totally blocks the sight when you aim. Don't know if this would be considered "bannable" to put a slightly reskinned model in the files.
