Looking for Volt Prime build advice

Looking for advice on building a all-rounder volt that uses his 4th (plus augment) for shields and gets great use from his 2 and 3. I've played around with warframe builder and seemly get a good build with 230ish range, 150ish strength with duration and efficiency around 100. My question is how durable is volt for enemies around 100? Advice on building survivability with him? Would arcane guardian and energizine work wonders with him? Lastly if I have the forma, is umbra vitality and intensify worth the investment on Volt?
