[Question] How are you supposed to wake up before 6:00am and still get enough sleep?

I'm most productive in the morning, so ideally I'd like to be awake by 4:30am, however I just don't understand how that's possible. I currently go to bed at ~9:45pm and wake up at 7:00am for 9 hours of sleep. I can't go to bed any earlier because by the time I get home and shower it's already 9:00pm, and then I still need to eat (yeah I know it's bad to eat before bed). It seems like half of the people on this sub are saying to make sure you get enough sleep, and the other half are saying to wake up early, but it's not possible for me to do both. Which do I choose?
