How to handle colleague retaliation after you file a sexual harassment complaint? Best strategy in asking retail manager for a role change?

Office relations

I work a deadend job. The obvious answer to this is of course to look for a new job, which I am doing. Having said that I am unclear how long it will take me to find a new one, so I am asking for advice on how to handle this situation.

I filed a harassment complaint against a manager. Some of his female friends at work have now gone cold on me. I can't prove he told them but there's no other explanation why this happened just after I made the complaint. While this manager's behavior bothered me for a very long time, it was only after I confided to another manager that she decided she had no choice but to tell the store manager. In my opinion, I think she felt her job might be at risk if something happened, and it was discovered she hadn't reported to her superior. She said she would go to the SM regardless of whether I was okay with it, and she knew she would be forced to give up my name.

I have now drafted an email to the store manager, who is heading the investigation (which I find somewhat sketch). I don't really trust him, but I think he may just be scared enough because of potential liability/bad publicity/people above him breathing down his neck to treat my story seriously and fairly. In the email I briefly tell him how these colleagues's new behavior differs from how they used to treat me.

I am unsure what to say after that, and whether to say I feared coming forward because of this kind of retaliation, as people have told me he can be petty and has an anger issue.

On a separate note, I have been attempting to switch roles within the company for almost a year now. It is retail: the new role pays the same, I have done it temporarily before, and I kept getting promised I will be switched to this role but it's been fruitless thus far. They literally do lie to my face about it, so I have no recourse at this stage but to ask the SM. I am thinking of addressing this in the email, thinking hitching that to the other issue might work in my favor. (Strike while the iron is hot!) I would love any input on this matter as well. My argument thus far is my schooling, my interests, and my experience is how I can serve the company's interests best, and I am a great asset to them in this respect. (I imagine they keep me in the worst role possible because I bring in a lot of money in it, even though I'm miserable.)

Thank you in advance.
