Why is sexualising children “lolicon” accepted in the anime community?

I am not saying everyone who watches anime is okay with this, I watch anime.

I see it on subs like “wholesomeanimemes” and the like while scrolling through r/all a lot. Is it because they’re drawn and not real kids that people are okay with it?
