Is Predators -The Lost Tribes Safe?

So I've been interested in this mod for a while but I'm really strict when I don't know if I can get a virus from something or not, since the mod is too big to scan for viruses and not that many people downloaded it I was wondering if anyone who played it could tell me if it was safe or not.
