Oculus Rift Orange Light Issue

So i recently bought an oculus rift on black Friday. I got home today and wanted to play but i realized i had a orange light on the headset and it was not being detected by the oculus software. My sensors are still all being detected and when i plug the headset into a confirmed working USB 3 port it makes no difference. I've tried re plugging in the headset on the PC and on the headset, I've updated my drivers. I just submitted a ticket with support but i would really like help.
