Tectonic Slam: "The base slam now has more area and damage"

Soooooooo, what happened to this straight quote (https://twitter.com/pathofexile/status/1069386179299045376/photo/1) from the tectonic slam preview a few days back?

The base slam's damage is unchanged, 160% on the old one and 160% from the reveal today. Hoping this is a mistake/oversight?
