Free Ishizuchi without code?

I hadn't played WoWS for about a year because of various PC issues. When i finally logged back on last week, I had a premium Tier IV Japanese battleship in my harbor that I never bought, nor was charged for. I've seen posts on the sub about codes for an Ishizuchi, but I never entered a code. Did Wargaming just give some away without codes? I can't find anything to that effect.
