Nmom apologized for alluding that I was a failure then took it back

Nmom alluded to being a failure and called me a hoarder Monday night Tuesday after noon she apologizes I say “I’m sorry too” like a moron because after that she goes back InTo telling me how my room is bad and thats why she’s most upset with me.

So basically a fake apology so she could get me to apologize and she could abuse me more..

I missed my therapy appointment today cuz my therapist is always changing times on me. Got changed fir it and will doing another session on Friday. I can’t tell my mom cuz I’ll get my but chewed out and Oof

It’s been a bad week
