Whats with the huge difference between casual and paid draft?

In casual i get some decent cards some average heroes. In paid I don't get any decent heros or if i do i get none of their color while my opponents have Drow, Lich, and Earthshaker.

Am I that unlucky? Or are they rerolling drafts?
