F2P mmo with graphics like silkroad online or talisman online, but on steam

Also does anyone know what game engine do those games use (silkroad online and talisman online) because they do seem to have similar glow effect.

Since if there isn't any similar graphics games on steam either free or priced, would prefer free.

Then could you guys suggest f2p mmos with those graphics. Because I am quite fond of them, not sure why.
