Question: Does Reate make Ultimate Defense Knives?

I have been looking at these knives for a couple of weeks now and they look a lot like a Reate. From the screws, grinds, and overall machining. If anyone has info, please let me know. And if they are made by Reate, then it's honestly a bargain to buy one.
