Computer issues

Computer specs: I7 7700 2x8 Gb DDR4-3000 Asus 1060 3gb Asus H110-plus

My computer turns on for a few seconds for me to get to Bios. But once I exit bios, my computer turns off. After that, the computer will turn off and on every 2-3 seconds. I've been at this for a few hours now and am now asking for help or advice in what to do. Thanks in advance!

I've tried taking out the ram and reinserting them in different slots to no change.
