2 different planners

Hi everyone. I like to keep a Panda Planner to help me stay productive, but I also keep a Carpe Diem Personal Sized planner w/ only like 1/2 of a yearly planner, so first of all, where can I find a 2019 monthly/weekly calendar, I have a local hobby lobby, but options can be limited in a small town, we can only carry what sells.... otherwise we lose it.

I tend not to decorate the Panda Planner because it's just to keep me productive again, you'd have to see the layouts to understand. But I'm also wanting to do more w/ my Carpe Diem... but I've been struggling to find Personal Sized products for these types of personal planners. Can any pages be made w/ Word documents, is there like a margin I can set or a box I can create and print on cardstock and cut and punch and make my own... I really don't know where to begin.
