My old house was scary as hell
So, this is my first post on Reddit ever. I grew up in a cute little heritage house built in, I think, 1920s. For my entire life, up until two or three years ago when I moved, I remember feeling weird in my home, i would see shadows when i was alone, hear voices behind me and could feel the presence of people that weren't there. I should probably mention that i have two older sisters, who also experienced all of this. I remember waking up in the morning one day and seeing five men in black hoods standing around me. That could've been a dream but i don't know. When i was younger I had a parasite from eating sand (my sister convinced me to when i was young and stupid) which made me vomit very regularly, mostly at night. Every single night for like two or three years i would have to jump down the last few stairs because I thought there was a "witch" at the bottom of the stairs, my sisters both have told me last year, that they also saw a snake with a woman's head on it, the head was backwards and very empty looking, not that it was completely empty (no eyes, inner mouth or brain) but that he just had a void behind her eyes and mouth. She made me very scared, even thinking about that right now is actually freaking me out. after I had enough of my room being terrifying I slept on the couch, this lasted from about 2012 to 2015, I heard someone walk into the living room and sit on the couch where i was trying to sleep, it then played with my hair. I could feel fingers and nails circling my head. The feeling in the room went from normal (which wasn't very normal compared to my new home) to completely cold and scary. I failed to say at the top that my room had a door that led into a long hallway like room that my family called a "dormer" i don't know if that is the right word but whatever. And I NEVER FUCKING WENT IN THERE. It was cold, dark and felt as if there was eyes staring at me. My closet was just a curtain hiding a shallow little nook. The curtain would open regularly, the shelves would fall even when we nailed them in. Shit was scary, as I mentioned I slept on the couch for the last leg of living there. I lived like a half hour walk away from the local hospital, so naturally you can assume the freaky stuff that showed me. One night, my sister and I both heard women arguing in the hallway, I couldn't make out what they said all I heard was loud female yelling. Though my sister heard what is both the most unsettling and somehow most hilarious thing that happened there, she said she could not make out most of the conversation but she did hear one of them say "God damn it Christina! You're dead, Understand that!". And i don't exactly know how to react to it still. If this was too long or whatever i get it, just wanted to air my stories and stuff from that house. There are many stories that I didn't get to in this. I will write more of my experiences if this post does well or if I like this sub lol. Thanks for reading, have a good day ily
