Can I use btrfs for my / partition?

I had my first contact with btrfs when I used OpenSuse some months ago. The snapshot feature seems very appropriate to a rolling release distro, hence the risk of problems when updating.

I currently use manjaro with everything in ext4, except the EFI boot partition. I am thinking of installing arch, but using btrfs for the / partition, so I can use the snapshot before updating. The home partition will remain in ext4. Will I have any trouble if I do that?
