Rust won't start :/

My rust has not been able to start recently, every time I've launched it the EasyAntiCheat launcher loads up but eventually closes itself and rust never actually starts. I've tried everything from reinstalling EasyAntiCheat, reinstalling rust, reinstalling steam, verifying files, and re downloaded the game. All my drivers and such are up to date. Anyone have the same issue or a fix?
