I-9 Form Question Florida, United States

Policy

I got a job offer for a seasonal position at Burlington Coat Factory(Florida, United States). Tomorrow is supposed to be my first day for orientation. Then they want me to truly begin working on Monday. In order to start on my first day, which in an email is listed as orientation day, I need Acceptable Form(s) of Identification . I have my drivers license, but in addition they also require either my birth certificate or social security card. Neither of which I have where I live. The birth certificate is at my parents house, which is too far for me to get in time, and I can't find my social security card.

I certainty won't be able to have all the documents by early tomorrow. And from my understanding a copy of my birth certificate that my parent could potentially make on a printer won't be acceptable. Burlington is expecting me for orientation and since I cannot provide the proper ID. I feel like they will simply turn me away and just get someone else for this seasonal position instead of waiting for me to produce proper credentials. So I am wondering, how I should proceed? Thank you for any help/advice.
