Fish have ich and internal parasites

My 29 gallon got ich, so I heated the tank up and added in salt, but the thermostat malfunctioned and raised the water to 100 degrees and killed 1 of my dojo loaches, 4 of my peacock gudgeons, 1 kuhli loach, 1 rummynose tetra, and 2 albino cherry barbs and now I am noticing white stringy poop at the bottom of my tank. I am getting really concerned and need help, I was advised to use cupramine and I am using that, but I don't know what to do for my parasites.
