Quality has become terrible on Xbox one x last couple weeks

I can’t figure out for the life of me why quality has become so terrible!

I can’t stream above 480p.

I’m in SLC Utah with Xfinity (throttling maybe)

Connection speed is consistently 170+ and 5 upload mbps

Stats for nerds equal

854x480@30/ 1920x1080@60 Connection speed 2500 Kbps (why is this so slow?!?!) Network activity:0kb Buffer health 17.5 s Live latency 32.36s Optimized for normal latency Dropped frames 38/13684

Update: I decided to completely re-setup my router, and added qos rule in the process. After that it instantly is starting at 1080p resolution, and stayed there for about 30 minutes. Hopefully that fixed the issue. It was weird, because it worked fine on my apple tv that sits right next to the xbox. Not sure what was slowing down the xbox for YTTV only.
