Brewing during the week is more difficult than I thought. I tried to set up the Brewing house on Monday night, sparge and mash on Tuesday night. But that is where my Brewing day ended. I had problems with the equipment being unclean. The pump setup was wrong. And I was spilling water everywhere. This is what I wasted.
