2018 Christmas Beer it Forward!

MAKE CHRISTMAS GREAT AGAIN

Welcome to the Reddit 2018 Christmas Beer It Forward! As always, we're beyond excited to see all the Christmas spirit and cheer you guys bring to one another this year and every year! I realize this is WAY behind compared to other years.

  1. There will be no kicker boxes.

  2. Since we want to mitigate the feeling of "why did u/sevenzig get such an amazing box with 32 bottles when mine only had 6 shitty IPAs?" we'd like you to stay under 192 oz if possible.

  3. If you do not check reddit often, please message your email or another way to best contact you.

  4. Your account must be made prior to r/beertrade being banned.

Overview

  • Each box should contain no less than 88oz (Please be aware that it is ok to send over the minimum but realize that you may not receive a box with equal retail value.).
  • Beers should be 4.1 or higher on untapped.
  • Each shipment should contain no more than 2 of one beer (to encourage variety).
  • You must live in the continental USA unless someone expresses they are willing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
  • IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO SHIP SOLID RELEASES FROM BREWERIES PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP.
  • Please fill out this form for final confirmation
  • If you have previously done a monthly exchange in the last 3 months, we will try to not match you with someone you have sent and received from in the past.
  • If you're shipping IPAs, have them under 30 days since canning to ensure freshness.

TIMELINE:

  • Signups open today, 12/5
  • Signups will have a hard close 9 am est 12/15, so matches can, hopefully, be posted by Sunday giving you a week to ship if you are doing it cross country.
  • Please try to have your box out the door with the intent that it will reach it to your match by Christmas Eve.

REMEMBER: BiF's, especially this one, are not about winning and losing. They're about sharing, spreading the Christmas spirit, and having fun.
