Bugs Bunny (Loony Tunes) vs the One-Above-All (Marvel)

I'm curious about how a "meta" character capable of rewriting the story would do against an omnipotent character. Win condition is to force the other character to admit defeat, since as far as I know TOAA can't be killed or even incapacitated. Both characters are bloodlusted, the battle takes place within Looney Tune's universe, but TOAA still has all of its abilities.
