[TOMT] [website] somewhat popular 2011's-ish website?

okay so i've been trying to remember the name of this website i used as a kid for ages, but no such luck. unfortunately, the only things that i seem to remember about this website is that it was sort of similar to instagram, but it had its own applications. I distinctly remember there being a music making feature. i'm also about 80% sure that the website started with an 'm'. i don't even know if the website is still up, but if someone knows what i'm talking about, that would be freaking awesome.

Edit:

I want to say that the name of the website was kind of weird and modern sounding. maybe something similar to Muzi? then again i may have no idea what i'm talking about.
