Switched from Nexplanon to Paragard and missed period

I recently got off hormonal bc after the past 5 years of constant hormones. I was on the pill, then depo, and then nexplanon, until I got it removed last month and inserted paragard the same day. My SO and I do not use condoms, but he almost never finishes inside me so I'm never too worried. A few weeks ago he came inside while I had the paragard in. I bled after my Paragard insertion, but I don't know if it was just bleeding after insertion or actually my period. I am a few days late for my next period. Is my body just adjusting to not having extra hormones or should I be worried?
