Make no mistake this was Scheer's/Cons strategy all along (UN Migrant Pact)

They ignore it for months. They come out opposing it with days left, so the average conservative minded voter (and even the general public) only hear about it last minute (with probably minimal coverage). Scheer and the cons get to say 'hey look we opposed it' once the average person becomes outraged by it. If the cons said nothing and the public gets outraged they'll find out only Bernier opposed it, that would really help Bernier. So to try to neutralize Bernier from gaining politically, yet minimize awareness of the UN Migrant Pact, they only do this charade of opposing it with a few days left. Scheer probably loves the UN Migrant pact as he is takes orders from the elites. We would have to be fools to believe Scheer and the Conservative party opposed this pact all along.
