9700k won't go into turbo-mode (Stuck at 3,7GHz)

Just installed a new mobo (Asus Z390-F Gaming) together with a 9700k but when I'm running benchmark tests such as 3dmark or userbenchmark I noticed it was getting WAY lower than other people were getting.

When I'm checking with HWMonitor and similar programs during the benchmark-tests the clock-speed never goes over 3,7GHz and I've double-checked in the BIOS to make sure that turbo-mode is activated and it is.

I can't seem to figure out what is causing my CPU to not go into turbo-mode, any ideas?

Temps are fine as well, peak during these benchmarks are 42C
