With Black Armoury's release has the soft cap increased?

I took a massive break after Forsaken launched to play other stuff, work on some big real life projects that kept me away and I'm wondering if, at a measly 519 powah, I'm going to be crippled by the old soft cap as i try and catch up?

[Edit - Cheers guys, sounds like I'll be enjoying those supershiny purple-y-gold engrams for a bit as i play catch up]
