How to beat android 16

I run Beerus/Broly/Frieza and I love my team. I’m not new to fighting games by any means and I am fairly decent at this game but I can not beat android 16. When I play online I do just fine unless someone (which is most people) is running android 16. When me and my friends play I can take their entire team but then they win with just android 16. It seems like all he has to do is H and it beats everything I have and always wins. His blockstrings seam to be near infinite and if I’m not in a blockstring I still constantly have to block because all they have to do is heavy and it beats everything I have.

Could anyone offer any advice at all? If I could beat android 16 I would jump an entire league as a player in this game.
